As i am a new graduated student, all companies require experience to fill their vacant post, do you really think that experienc is most important than fresh and updated informations? and which experience do you require? Do you believe that experienced people are more dynamic and ambitious than students graduated?

It is not a matter of dynamic and ambitious, it is a matter of knowing how things work in the real world. Sometimes a company needs someone that can step in and hit the ground walking (running would require even more experience) as opposed to someone they need to train. Depending on internships and other experiences, new graduates represent theoretical potential but need more supervision and training than someone who has experience. This additional training and supervision may represent time and money that many companies don't feel they have.
I wouldn't let that stop you from applying for positions you feel qualified for. Most job listings are for the 'ideal' candidate. The real world also requires flexibility on the part of the employer.

I agree, Marci. The job descriptions do describe their "ideal" candidate. You must exhibit confidence and a "can do" attitude. Sometimes things that you have done since your high school graduation or during your college experience will be considered, such as part-time jobs where time management or prioritizing was an important to be successful. College in itself takes alot of these skills as well. Communication both verbal and written are great skills to point out. Hope this helps and good luck with your search!

Wow, you graduated on my Birthday! Congradulations on your achievement. I too recently graduated on July 13th this year, and I am in the same situation as you described. I contacted many CPA Firms, but the internships are only available during the tax season. I enrolled with HR Block's Tax Preparation course to learn how to gain clients in the tax season and improve my tax preparing skills. Unfortunately, I am still looking for a position within an accounting firm and hope to find one soon also.

Maybe in your country they take internships to at least reduce their taxes.......in my country they preferred experienced o pushed people...BTW we have our certificate and hope we will find someday a work :)

I have not graduated yet, but I believe that experience doesn't count for everything. If the companies only realized it, sometimes they ar missing out on an opportunity to obtain some really great assets for their company. I have been studying information technology, and one the the thngs I learned is that knowledge is one of a company's most important assets. What the companies don't realize that is recent graduates often can aid the company in coming up with fresh new ideals to solve problems. Problem solving is a great skill to acquire, even for an accountant. I can't see this changing though until the economy begins to level out. All I can advise it to hang in their and believe in yourself.
