I have 31 years experience in Automotive Sales/Service. Last 12 years were with the General Motors Audit Staff.
Since my retirement from GM in 1995, I have worked with Dealerships as a consultant to help them prepare for their Factory Audits. I will spend time in a Dealership, watching daily activities and reviewing your sales and service records.
