- Kathy began her career in the recruiting industry at Shaker Advertising, the original and largest independently owned recruitment advertising agency in the world. I had a great career at Shaker - thanks to Founder, Joe Shaker's business vision and generosity of heart. In 2003, I co-founded Media Options Employment Design Center and am currently an Advisor with Aspen Advisors and co-founder of My Job Search Pilot. I have advised and managed recruitment strategies for hundreds of small, mid-sized and major companies including some more well-known brands.
My Job Search Pilot exposes people to what's behind the curtain and gives Seekers the tools and resources they need to more easily land gainful employment, in a very tough climate.
In my work at Aspen, I am most passionate about working with companies that know the value of treating people with respect and professionalism in the recruiting process. I collaborate with such clients to deliberatley design a candidate centric experience in alignment with their brand and customer promise.
